Not much has been going on this week, just working. I haven't been stitching hardly at all. I need to get busy on my magnet exchange. Not much to say..

Had a nice quiet day; went to grocery store w/Kenny and then we went and picked out a new refrig. It gets delivered tomorrow. I made pork fried rice (his favorite) and then started stitching on a Magnet for an exchange. It's gonna be soooo cute; I know Bren will love it. It's Piggy Pocket from Harvest Home by Alma Lynn.

I had a nice day at work; then my boyfriend and I took our dog (Rowdy) to the city dog park and walked 2 laps and took Rowdy back home and we went out to dinner and to the grocery store; were both off work tomorrow and don't know what were going to do; I don't think anything, just stay around home and I want to start a cross stitch picture for my new granddaughter. Just a quiet day home together.

I was off work today; and went shopping with my daughter; Ashley. She registered at Babies R Us. It was a LOT of fun. First we went to my LNS and I can't believe how much charts and speciality floss's cost. A chart that use to be between 4-6 dollars is now 7-9 dollars and I bought 3 skeins of WDW floss for $3.09 each!! It's awlful!! I bought one chart for $4 to make a little pillow for my new granddaughter, the floss, 2 cute buttons to add to it, and they had a barrel of different material scraps that were $5 for as much as you could fill a bag... I got a bunch of fabric; it'll make great ornaments. I have to work tomorrow and then I'm off again Thursday. Kenny (my boyfriend) is off also; so maybe we'll go see "Clash of the Titans". My boss went and seen it and said it's a good movie.

I'm off work today; I have to go to my daughters dr. appt. at 2, she has an ultra sound and we find out the sex of my new grandbaby. I really want a girl; but I think she's having a boy. I haven't stitched in over a week; just not in the mood. I have to get a magnet done for a friend in one of my groups and mailed out by May 1; and I have to get started on my Halloween RR. This is my first and I'm so excited to get started.

Had a nice day; my daughter came over and she let me use her camera and I made some photo albums. Then I cooked dinner and it turned out real good. A friend from work called and asked me if I wanted to work for her tomorrow; I don't really want to but I need the hours and the money; were usually pretty slow on Monday's so I'll probabley make like 35 if I'm lucky. But that's more than I have now and all the bills are due again soon. It's a never ending cycle.
