Fun day w/Scarlett & stitching

I was off work today; me and Scarlett baked her first cake. :) She wasn't happy when grandma took the beater away from her. LOL Their leaving around the 24th of March; so I want to squeeze as much in with her as I can. I am going to save my money and look forward to going to Germany to visit them. I want to go visit castles and maybe France. Their going to Bamburg (?). We looked it up and it looks beautiful there.

I finished my Feb. Love this morning; I think I'm going to make it into a little pillow with beads on the seams; I saw it done on someones blog (don't remember whose; sorry) I may do that tonight; they today I started "Forgive quickly" this is such a fun & quick project. I don't have the colour thread it calls for (cupid) so I'm using CC's Manor Red and really love it; I"m going to finish ths as a pillow for my bed I believe. I won a give away today from "To Stitch or Not to Stitch" :) this is a picture of my prize. Thank you so very much Barbara I can't wait to get my prize; I love cherries :) Hope everyone is doing well and getting lots of stitching done; I know I have to get my challenge pieces and ornaments going; When the girls leave I'm sure I'll have a lot of extra time to stitch.
