Just relaxing and stitching a little.

Off work today and just spending a little time getting some R&R; I started stitching Bent Creek's Red Winged Blackbird. I've wanted to do this for some time now and decided to stitch it real quick today; I'm not quite sure how I'm going to finish it? Any ideas?? Things are a little tense around the house; I just wish Aug 7 would hurry and get here; I want Kenny to leave and want to be alone until Ash & Scarlett move in, this September; then who knows when I'll have alone time. LOL No complaints though; I can't wait for my new granddaughter to get here. I haven't "loved" on a baby for so long. There's nothing like holding a precious little angle while they sleep. :) COME ON SCARLETT; GRANDMA'S WAITING!!! xo

2 Finishes

Last night I finished my RR w/a Halloween theme; and my LK gift exchange; now I just have to finish the LK piece and I'm not quite sure what I"'m going to do? I have to mail it out by the 1st so I best get busy. I'm off work tomorrow and Friday; Friday me and Ash are going to Spings, she got a gift cert. for Babies R Us and she needs some bibs and lotion and a newborn binkie; I never realized they are made for different ages. LOL it's been a while since I've bought one. LOL and I'm going to try my hardest to stay out of my LNS!! Lord knows I went a little over board the past few weeks buying stash. LOL I have to rebuild my stash; I lost about 75% of it a few years ago when we moved; that was the one box that was left. and I couldn't get it back; I cried for days. Well, gotta go get ready for work; hope were busy so I make lots of money. :)

Last bit of Stash!!

I ordered this about 2 weeks ago and just go it today. I love the threads and can't wait to use them. Not much else going on. Ash is hating the heat and being 8 months preg. It's been so hot here in Colorado. I've decided that me and Kenny need to go our separate ways; I told him last night; and I don't know what it is about men; but a few hours later he's acting like nothing happened. LOL Were just two different people and I want to be alone; I'm happier that way; and in Sept. when my son in law leaves for boot camp; Ashley and Scarlett are moving in with me; and will be with me until he gets backs in November then he leaves again for schooling and won't be back til March and then I believe I"m going to move to Ohio and live w/my mom; I miss her and want to spend the time she has left on this earth with her; which I hope is a very long time. I'm okay w/me and Kenny breaking up; it's my choice and I"m sure it's what's best for both of us.
