Does anyone know the book these are from? I stitched these "pokes" for my mom about 10 years ago and since I lost most of my stash in a move I don't remember where their from and would like to stitch some for me. I believe their a Leisure Arts book; but I'm not sure..

Sure looks like Leisure Arts to me...have you tried their on-line website? They sell many things now in a download.
